Our public relations experience is extensive and varied. We are currently handling Public Relations activities for the national introduction of Z Blok sunscreen utilizing both traditional and social media. We also arranged for Z Blok to be the Official Sunscreen of the PUMA Ocean Racing Team in the next Volvo Around The World Race.

FLEMING + COMPANY INC'S MARKET RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

  1. IDENTIFY THE GOALS OF THE RESEARCH
    We identify the target audience, what we want to learn from them and how that information will be actionable.
  2. DEFINE THE RESEARCH METHODOLOGY AND LIST SOURCE
    Given the nature of the target audience, define what type (s) of research are needed to generate a statistically reliable response level. We also identify where will we get our target audiences contact information.
  3. DEVELOP THE SURVEY
    Define the specific questionnaire (s). Seek the client’s input and revise the survey as necessary.
  4. TEST THE SURVEY
    In some cases it may be prudent to test the survey among a small portion of our list to get feedback on how to fine-tune the survey for the larger portion of the list.
  5. EXECUTE THE SURVEY
    Deliver the survey out to the target audience, typically via e-mail, mail, phone interviews or one on one interviews.
  6. TABULATE THE RESULTS
    After the statistical results are tabulated, they are organized in preparation for analysis.
  7. ANALYZE THE RESULTS
    This is the stage where we put in writing our interpretation of the results of the research along with corroborating statistical highlights and make recommendations for appropriate action steps given our original goals.
  8. PRESENT THE RESULTS
    We present the results in person and discuss our recommendations and the rationale for those recommendations. At this stage, based on from feedback from our clients, a definitive action plan is finalized. Hard copies of the final report are also provided at this time.
